Made from sinter-bonded multi-layered SS 316L meshes or Hastelloy C-22/C-276 meshes, our SS sintered filter cartridges and sintered mesh filters are available in various diameters and forms. These multilayered filter cartridges are manufactured by rolling multilayered media sheets and feature a welded long seam.

Our multi-layer sintered filter cartridges feature high-strength stainless steel mesh, precision welding for durability, and a rigid pore structure as opposed to a non-rigid one of PP/Nylon woven filter cloths. They offer exceptional filtration accuracy, high temperature resistance, and easy backwash cleaning, making them ideal for various applications.

Multilayered Sintered Filter Cartridge

Our stainless steel sintered filter elements are made by using advanced techniques like special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering, resulting in a rigid pore structure. These multilayered sintered mesh filters are rolled into cylindrical shapes and welded at the ends with precision to form cartridges. The filter media may be offered flat if needed. We can tailor the mesh layering as per your need. The default product being a 5-layered filter media, comprising 2 reinforcing layers, 1 distribution layer, 1 filtration layer, and a protection layer.

Our range includes SS sintered filter cartridges and Hastelloy filter cartridges, all made from sinter-bonded 5-layered Sintered filter cartridges or Hastelloy materials. The Sintered Multi-Layered Filter Cartridge has a thickness of 1.7 mm, guaranteeing self-strength to maintain the cylindrical shape and required dimensions. Additionally, for higher operating and differential pressures, we carry out proprietary procedures to strengthen the filter cartridge.

Our cartridges resist bacterial attacks and are compatible with various chemicals, as per the MOC. Our sintered filter cartridges exhibit an extra-strong structure, fine permeability, and precise filter capabilities, making them ideal for applications requiring easy backwash cleaning.
